Types of Information Gathered

Data that customers provide to Keynect is submitted in the strictest confidence and used for Keynect sole internal use. This data includes, but is not limited to, name, address, company name, company address, phone number, email address, as well as questions answered on survey or subscription forms. Data captured when customers register for or purchase products on a Keynect web site.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We only save your details to reply to questions or service requests and when they are no longer needed we will delete digital content or securely shred printed or written details. If you do agree to us holding your data it will be processed fairly and lawfully, it will be kept secure and the data we hold will to the best of our knowledge be accurate and up-to-date and available to view on request.

Web Analytics and Statistics Information

We dont use Google Analytics or any other third party site to gather information, all analytics data is contained in Keynect raw log files and analysed using software on the server and contains detailed information on browsers, files types, operating systems, search engines results and web page activity such as the number of hits and unique visitors.

Opt Out

Keynect will accept, acknowledge and maintain any customers request to opt out of either future communication from Keynect through email, phone or normal mail

Cookies Policy - EU Law requires you to opt-in when accepting Cookies that are not Strictly Necessary!

We only use a Cookie to store a Session ID that refers to a data file on our server and for that purpose is regarded as a Strictly Necessary Cookie under implied consent, no other personal information is recorded in a Cookie and our web site can function even when Cookies are disabled.
